New twist as ED confiscates Rhea Chakraborty’s phone!

New twist as ED confiscates Rhea Chakraborty’s phone. The questioning of Rhea Chakraborty and her manager, Shruti Modi has been happening in the Enforcement Directorate. As per reports on Times Now, it seems the ED has taken away her two phones as well as the phones of Indrajit and Showik Chakraborty. They also were asked submit their two iPads and laptops. It is being reported that ED has found transactions from his bank account to one of the firms opened by them. It seems Rhea Chakraborty’s team has failed to explain her income and growth in fixed assets as well. As per sources on Times Now, there is some doubt about the firm opened by them in January 2020, which was into social service. All the gadgets will be sent soon for forensic examination.

Rhea Chakraborty and her brother, Showik have been interrogated for three days at a stretch. As per reports, she is unable to explain some of her transactions. The channel reported that a huge sum was paid from the late actor’s account to the chartered accountant. Her CA Ritesh Shah has also been interrogated thoroughly. The CA appointed by Showik Chakraborty, Sandeep Shridhar has been under scanner too. The Enforcement Directorate is looking into every angle of the matter. 

The late actor’s father KK Singh filed an FIR against her in July. This came as a shock for everyone following the case. In his FIR, he alleged that huge sums of money went missing from his son’s account and money-laundering should be investigated. Shruti Modi has revealed to the ED that all of Sushant’s financial and professional decisions were taken by Rhea Chakraborty. She was acting like his manager. Sushant Singh Rajput was found hanging at his Bandra residence on June 14. Just after his demise, reports surfaced that he was struggling with depression. Leaked reports of his battle with bipolar disorder also came out.
